Handle incoming requests (incidents) using ITIL practices

Support existing and rollout new Applications developed by Customer’s teams of developers

Collaborate with developers on operations-related issues, providing support and guidance

Monitor the performance of the delivered service according to SLA

Contribute to the implementation and design of systems and networks used to operate production infrastructure with a focus on automation

Develop tools to monitor infrastructure and customer’s applications(iOS, Android, AppleTV, etc.)

Desktop/Mobile Media Delivery technologies/products support (Brightcove, Brightcove Once)

Free Wheel, DFP AD platforms support (advertisement delivery support and troubleshooting)

Mobile Applications back-end Support (Android, iOS, tvOS, Roku, Xbox One)

Akamai, Level 3 CDN configuration and management

Create and maintain technical documentation

Document all customer interactions (emails, calls, etc.) accurately

Provide top quality technical support assistance and drive reported issues to resolution

Effective and right-on-time communication with customer by different means (email, phone, other)

Can take part in a shared 24×7 on-call rotation

Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
